2 September 2010 No Comment

Some of us always cannot find the time to finally devote at least 30 minutes a day to fitness. For other start training is no problem, but they quickly lose their motivation and interest in exercises. To help you start training and then continue the workouts, we have developed 14 simple recommendations:

1. Throw in the trash your old bathing suit and all the memories about your weight from the school and the institute. This is normal to cheer yourself with memories of recent rigorous training and weight loss results, but not when these memoirs are from the institute years. Throw them out of your head – you should start now, and not remember what had been one, two or ten years ago.

2. Prepare. We already know that you have “absolutely no time” for workouts. So now you will write sports training into your daily routine. You do not cancel a meeting or a conference, so why you should cancel a training session?

3. Begin slowly. Do much less than you actually can. You can start with 20 minutes of walking. At first glance it seems that this is not enough. But believe me – it is a good start.

4. Connect the family. Run, while your daughter is cycling. Children play on the playground and near you can start working stretching, squeezing, squats, etc. Run together with your husband (wife).

5. Where are your friends? Four words, four reasons – are the motivation, inspiration, desire, and communication. Surround yourself with friends who are set to upbeat mood and ready to support you.

6. Forget about your problems. When to continue a healthy life is getting hard, remember that you have already managed to do.

7. Allow yourself to relax. You run your life. Why constantly drive on exorbitant rates? Rest – is also important part of the correct diet.

8. Take part in the race. There are different races in all cities. Sign up and participate in at least one of them. Just try it!

9. Race / walk in crowded places. Be proud of your achievements. Give an example to other people!

10. Just try. Try to go to the gym, stadium or park. If you are already there, it will be simply impossible to refuse.

11. Eat. Healthy eating – is priority number one. If you limit severely caloric intake, then you will not have enough energy for training, and metabolism slows.

12. Feel your energy. During the day and week there are energy peaks. Try to schedule the sport on such tidal of energy.

13. Be proud of yourself. You can exercise to achieve some sort of sporting success or to become a better mother, father, doctor, teacher or friend, or you train just to get better.

14. Rejoice. Where’s your competitive spirit and enthusiasm for children? Try to turn exercises into fun games.

Do not give up. To start leading healthy life is never too late.
