That is why you should give preference to herbal teas, juices and water which will wash out all toxins from your organism.

Another important thing for remaining healthy is regular sports. All of us had lessons of physical training at school, but no one really thought about their positive impact on health. At school we were obliged to attend those lessons, but when we grow up, we should think of regular training without someone forcing us to do this. Nowadays there is a plenty of fitness centers which offer all kinds of activities, starting from weight training ending in belly dancing.
